Pickerington Public Library celebrates 100th Birthday! Lego-Palooza Date: Sat, Sep 5, 2009 Time: 11:00 am - 3:00 pm Any children ages 6 to 12 are able to participate. Please call or come into the library to register for this program. Space is limited. Information sheets will be given at the time of registration. Lego creations will then be on display during our 100th Birthday Ice Cream Social on September 6 from 4:30 - 7:00 pm. The grand finale of our Centennial Birthday celebration will be on September 6, when the Library will host an ice cream social with frozen custard donated by Culvers of Reynoldsburg! Music by the One More Time String Band 5:00 pm-6:00 pm (A Santa Saturday favorite) Games and stories with Ellen Ford 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm Ellen, a folk life artist and educator, will lead games and tell stories that remind us of our past Chalk on the Walk Art sponsored by Ron Greenbaum The Basement Doctor Call to get registered to 614-837-4104 ext. 221 Registered participants may pick up chalk Sunday September 6 between 9:00am-10:00am Other activities sponsored by the Friends of the Pickerington Public Library
